1. Who this policy is about

This policy describes how Local Mark Sites (“we,” “us”) handles personal information on this marketing site. Contact: hello@localmarksites.com. Mail: 304 E Pine St #1158, Lakeland, FL 33801, United States.

It does not describe a client’s own website that we later build. That site needs its own policy, written for that business.

2. Information you send

If you use the preview form, your browser opens an email to hello@localmarksites.com with the details you typed: name, business name, trade, city or service area, email, phone if you added one, and an optional note. This website does not receive or store that form. Your email provider and ours will handle the message the way they handle any other email.

If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence we need to answer, to prepare a preview, and to run a project you approve. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers by email.

3. Information collected automatically

When this site is hosted, the host (intended to be Vercel) may keep ordinary request logs: IP address, user agent, the page requested, and the time. Those logs are used to operate and secure the site, not to build an advertising profile.

We do not add analytics, session-replay, or advertising scripts. The site does not set tracking cookies. A future tool that does any of those things requires an update to this policy before it is enabled.

4. How we use information

We use what you send to reply, to decide whether we can take a project, to build a preview you asked for, to perform a contract you approve, and to keep ordinary business records. We may also use it to meet a legal duty or to respond to abuse of the site.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email you send us is processed by our email provider. Hosting logs are processed by the host. We may share information if the law requires it, or with a professional advisor under a duty of confidentiality. If we later add a form service or a payment processor, we will name them here before we use them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry email for as long as we need it to respond and for ordinary business and tax records, then delete it or de-identify it. Host logs follow the host’s retention. You may ask us to delete an inquiry by emailing hello@localmarksites.com. We may keep what we need to finish a contract, meet a law, or resolve a dispute.

7. Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have a right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to appeal a refusal. Email hello@localmarksites.com with the request. We will not discriminate against you for making a lawful request.

We collect only the contact details you send us and use them to reply and provide our services. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, email hello@localmarksites.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable care for the inboxes and accounts we control. No method of email or hosting is perfectly secure. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we ask for them through a method we both agree on.
